Juliette Kinsey is the founding and Principal Solicitor of Kinsey & Co Solicitors. Graduating from Lancaster University with LL.B Hons degree and from York College of Law with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Juliette has always preferred life "up north".
With over twelve years experience in family law, Court of Appeal experience and several published articles on Collaborative Law Juliette Kinsey decided to found her own family law practice based on her belief that all clients should receive accurate up to date legal advice and a bespoke client care service that reflects her recognition that in family law cases a trusting relationship between the client and their solicitor is crucial.
Juliette is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Private Law Children Cases and Domestic Violence Applications and was the first fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer to practise in the Bradford Area.
Juliette is also proud to be a Trustee of Relate Bradford and is committed to helping clients to resolve the issues arising from their separation or relationship breakdown in a sensitive and constructive manner.
Whether it be representing a parent in Court seeking contact with their children or working collaboratively with a separating couple to resolve issues arising from their relationship breakdown Juliette will work tirelessly alongside her clients to seek the best possible outcome for them and their family.
