We pride ourselves on providing clients with up to date legal advice on family law matters. All our clients receive advice from a fully qualified solicitor who has additional family law qualifications and skills. Out of Hours Appointments
Many clients who work full-time can find it hard to see their solicitor during office hours. Kinsey & Co therefore offer clients appointments out of hours to accommodate working commitments. Evening or weekend appointments are available upon request.
Clear Information on Fees
Kinsey & Co Solicitors understand that for many clients legal fees can be a daunting prospect. We therefore endeavour to provide a clear explanation of our fees and how they are calculated. At the outset of a case all clients receive detailed information regarding their likely fees and throughout the case every invoice that is issued comes with a clear breakdown of what work has been undertaken and how that work has been charged.
At six monthly intervals throughout their case all clients receive free of charge an update on their case and their fees to date and an estimate as to their likely future costs. Kinsey & Co believes that an open approach in respect of fees helps remove some of the anxiety felt by some clients.
"Out of Hours" Family Law AdviceKinsey & Co Solicitors recognise that family law issues do not simply arise during office hours. Clients may wish to seek legal advice about a situation that has developed over the weekend or in the evening. We therefore offer our clients an "Out of Hours" legal advice service that enables them to contact their solicitor out of normal office hours and seek additional legal advice. This service is not open to members of the public but is exclusive to clients of Kinsey & Co Solicitors.
Collaborative Law Services
Kinsey & Co Solicitors is proud to have been the first firm in Bradford to offer clients the Collaborative Law. The Collaborative law approach enables couples to resolve the issues which arise from their relationship breakdown in a respectful and dignified manner. Juliette Kinsey is a fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer and believes that the benefits to separating couples and their families who adopt the Collaborative approach to resolving their issues are priceless. Access to Additional Family Services and Professionals
Kinsey & Co Solicitors recognise that there is more to the breakdown of a relationship than simply the "legal bit". We recognise the valuable work other professionals undertake with parties who are going through the trauma of family breakdown.
